EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) is our autopay option which allows you to use your debit/credit card or the information from your bank account to make payments. Automatic payments are processed on the 18th of each month. We comply with all PCI compliance measures and best industry practices.
We can set EFT for your account over the phone by calling 877 745 4646, or you can sign up by logging into your E-Care account. Under the Welcome tab, select View/Edit Autopay Options, and follow the provided instructions.

How do I change my e-care password?
