Security Questions Update

Your security and privacy are our top priorities. In our ongoing commitment to safeguard your account and personal information, we are contacting our customers to further enhance the security measures in place.

To provide an additional layer of protection, we are now requiring all customers to set up a minimum of three security questions for their account. This will help us verify your identity and protect your personal information from unauthorized access. If you already have at least three security questions in place, no action is needed at this time.

If you haven't registered for your SmartHub account in order to select your security questions, visit our SmartHub page to get started.

Setting Up Your Security Questions

Taking a few minutes to set up your security questions is quick and easy. 

Using SmartHub via Browser:

  1. Simply log in to your SmartHub account, navigate to the My Profile section, and click Update My Security Hint Question. 

  2. Choose at least three questions that have answers unique to you, making sure they are easy to remember but difficult for others to guess.

  3. Type your answer in the text boxes to the right of your chosen question.

  4. Click Save.

  5. Log Out

Using SmartHub via App:

  1. Launch the SmartHub app, login, tap More, tap Settings, tap Security, and tap Hint Questions.

  2. Choose at least three questions that have answers unique to you, making sure they are easy to remember but difficult for others to guess.

  3. Type your answer in the answer boxes below your chosen question.

  4. Tap Save
